Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Merchant Tailor. Will dated 18 September 1834, proved 3 October 1834. After just debts paid, residue of estate to remain at the disposal of my wife Ann for her support and the support of the children during their minority. Distribution to be made as children come of age, one-third to wife Ann, two shares of the remainder to my eldest child and one share each to the other children. Wife Ann sole executrix. Witnesses: Samuel COBB, F. A. KINNEAR. Undated inventory, consisting mainly of notes and book debts, valued at £3,991 by P. DUFF.
