Wife Sarah LAMB one third of real estate, one cow, one hackney Horse or mare to use when need requires, full privilege in all my House or Houses and the furniture for life. Son Mariner LAMB land where he now lives, deeded to me by Peter RUBISHAW (ROBICHAUD?) and one third of my woodland in the Township of Sackville. John LAMB the lot on the south side of Mariner LAMB, one third of the woodland in Sackville and ten acres of my home marsh. Son William LAMB the home lot deeded to me by Governor DesBARRES and one third of the Sackville woodland. My three daughters Abigail KINNEAR, Mary SMITH and Sarah WHELDON each £50. When Hannah TIDD comes of age "she have given unto her that which is needful, Lawful and right, and not thrust her off in an odious and Scandalous manner." Wife Sarah LAMB, William LAMB and John LAMB executors. Witnesses: George TAYLOR Senr., George TAYLOR Junr., David TAYLOR. On 24 March 1826 the widow Sarah LAMB renounced executorship.
